At ITRUSTJESUS CO. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by iTRUSTJESUS LLC, all items are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse

Customers are responsible for reviewing all size charts and product details before purchase.

However, exchanges or store credit may be offered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@itrustjesusco.com with your order number and clear photos.

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost, in accordance with our fulfillment partner’s policy.

LOST PACKAGES

If your order is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If confirmed, we will provide a replacement in accordance with our fulfillment partner’s policy.

INCORRECT ADDRESS OR UNCLAIMED ORDERS

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or goes unclaimed, it may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Refunds are not provided in these cases.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if production has not begun. After that time, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

RETURN PROCESS (IF APPLICABLE)

All requests must be submitted and approved before returning any item. If eligible, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only issued for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

We are not responsible for issues caused by:
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Failed delivery attempts
• Carrier delays or external factors beyond our control

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return within 14 days, in accordance with applicable laws.
